- Have top-notch development skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
- Write well designed, testable, efficient, and organized code.
- Have experience with working with designers to hand-off specifications, assets and collaboration methods utilizing tools such as: Invision, Adobe XD, Figma, Zeplin, etc.)
- Proficient in developing responsive design.
- Possess a solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
- Can aggressively diagnose problem areas and have creative problem solving skills.
- Maintain strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
- Promote usability best practices and care deeply about the user experience.
- Have advanced English writing and communicating skills -- Collaboration with the team in regular meetings is a must.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and share this knowledge with team members.
- Have familiarity with WordPress and developing custom themes.
- Have familiarity with the following languages: PHP, C+, JSNode, jQuery.
