We are seeking a Web Designer to help advance our capabilities and to provide our customers with a world-class Digital and Information Services experience. This position will provide the opportunity for regular interaction with our U.S company operations, so bilingual fluency is a must.

 

The ideal candidate will have the ability to create high quality, web-ready image assets conforming to brand standards using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. This position will be responsible for adapting established creative to generate optimized production assets, and content for web applications (desktop, mobile, etc.). It will also focus on loading imagery and text content into web applications using our internal CMS. Previous experience working on CMSis preferred, but not required.

 

The Web Design role is accountable for the end-to-end implementation and delivery of multiple digital experiences and initiatives, focusing on details and delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

To achieve this, you must be inherently cross-functional. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create high quality web-ready image assets, manage and execute the content strategy from a CMS and SEO perspective, with a high attention to detail at every step. You will be expected to understand and incorporate digital best practices, ensuring ADA compliance, and be comfortable with providing thought leadership and critical thinking to make recommendations on strategy and implementation optimizations throughout the process.

A successful candidate has a high level of detail and thrive in an environment where timely execution and balancing of multiple projects is of high importance. You have an energizing personality with your work, work ethic and style.

 

SKILLS

 

Degree in graphic/web design or equivalent and related work experience, evidenced in portfolio and resume.

• Minimum of 2 years design work experience.

• Bilingual; strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple teams, both in Mexico and USA.

• Interest in and aptitude for gaining experience on web and digital media.

• Proficiency using standard design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and related Adobe applications).

• Web content editing (CMS) experience is a plus.

• Additional skills required to be successful in this role o Customer experience focused o Excellent attention to detail o Critical thinking and communication skills o Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and projects o High energy and results oriented o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment o Collaborative and team-oriented work style o Continual focus on innovation and continuous improvement
