***DELIVERY SERVICE MANAGER***

Your role as service delivery manager:

As Service Delivery Manager, you report directly to the Director of Cloud Services (MCS).
You have a 360° view of North American and LATAM customers.
You will need to ensure compliance with SLAs and track problem resolution status.

What will be their responsibilities?

Implementation
Lead scoping and monthly meetings with clients
Promote the implementation of ITSM process management
Coordinate the operational acceptance of customers

Operation
Plan maintenance tasks with the customer (and the cloud engineer)
Track service performance against SLA
Plan updates or new configurations with the client administrator
Plan exceptional operations with the client
Manage serious incidents and crises related to non-compliance with SLAs

Governance
Create performance reports
Prepare outage reports
Follow up
Organize and/or participate in client steering committees
Communicate and manage the relationship with the client regarding the implementation and use of SaaS.

What skills will you need?

*Bachelor's or Master's
*5 years of related experience in relationship and negotiation with clients.
*Project management/consulting experience, SaaS knowledge
*Fluent spoken and written in Spanish and English. A good knowledge of *Portuguese is an advantage.
