Representative Responsibilities

• Works closely with business partners and stakeholders to understand business requirements, converting them into solutions using Salesforce best practices.
• Acts as a Salesforce administrator, handling account creation and deactivation, permission/role assignment, overall oversight of Salesforce permissions.
• Completes support/maintenance tasks for various Salesforce cloud environments.
• Collaborates with the CX and data teams to integrate Salesforce with other data sources and facilitate automated feeds – through APIs or otherwise

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced English
• ?2+ years software development, IT, or support experience
• Experience with apex, lightning components, APIs, and integrations preferred
• Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce cloud experience preferred
• Experience working with Agile development practices. Git Hub, Gearset, and ADO experience a plus ? Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices as well as OOP paradigm
• Experience creating and maintaining different sets of user roles and permissions
• Experience with Python, Javascript, or HTML preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills
• Works well with a team, open to share and receive feedback
• Works hard, is committed to quality work, and works effectively and efficiently in a remote environment.
