As a Planning Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert support throughout the planning, certification, and invoicing process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing client relationships and resolving complex queries
• Planning assessor assignments based on codes, qualifications, locations, and costs
• Analyzing and understanding regular reports (Power BI)
• Collaborating effectively in a global company environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality support to clients throughout the planning, certification, and invoicing process
• Act as a single point of contact for clients, resolving complex queries and issues
• Plan assessor assignments based on codes, qualifications, locations, and costs
• Analyze and understand regular reports (Power BI)
