About the Role:

As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation of HR/HCM applications and projects at Regeneron. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and project resources to deliver high-quality solutions that support our HR and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex IT projects, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and contracted resources to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources, utilizing project management tools and methodologies.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment on project goals.
• Monitor and report project progress, identifying risks and proactively addressing challenges.
• Drive project outcomes and ensure successful delivery of project deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in project management, including project planning and tracking.
• 7+ years of experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.
• 7+ years of experience working with third-party vendors and contracted project resources.
• Experience with HR/HCM applications and implementations, with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and compensation.
• 4-6 years of experience in gathering requirements from clients and documenting them.
• 7+ years of experience with the full product lifecycle, including development lifecycle and various technology methodologies.
• 4-6 years of experience with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Proven ability to drive results and hold others accountable for meeting business needs.
• Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and collaborate across multiple areas.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence change, facilitate performance, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions, identify priorities, and resolve business problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Workday or other HR/HCM applications.
