Responsabilities:

  • Provide governance and management of the demand pipeline.
  • Capture new demand and ensure structured and high quality of demand's scope and specification in order to have a consistent basis for estimation, prioritization, and scheduling of the implementation.
  • Provide financial planning and analysis support to the annual planning process, inclusive of aggregating and analyzing project-level financial plans, sanitizing the annual planning data, and establishing financial and capacity constraints.
  • Ensure that project, program and portfolio budgets and forecasts remain in alignment with PPMO and F&A methodologies.

Qualifications:
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience should include Demand, Portfolio, Program and Project Management practical knowledge, as well as hands-on experience with PPM tools and information systems.
  • Basic understanding of PMI’s Project and Program Management methodology (PMBOK), as well as governance and quality management programs and methodologies (e.g. CMMI, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT).
  • Advanced level knowledge of Excel, SharePoint, and Access, or comparable database applications; experience with best in class PPM tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork. Ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members.
