Account Manager (Full Remote - Mexico) - Alibaba.com

We are seeking a driven and motivated Account Manager to join our remote team in Mexico. In this exciting role, you will play a critical role in supporting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) as they embark on their global exporting journey.

What You'll Do:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trusting relationships with assigned SME clients in Mexico.
  • Utilize your expertise in international trade and Alibaba.com solutions to help clients understand the platform's value proposition and achieve their export goals.
  • Actively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, online meetings, and on-site visits (when feasible).
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and successful Alibaba.com experience for your clients.
  • Analyze client performance and needs, recommending and implementing strategies to improve online performance and drive renewals.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated online and offline webinars, campaigns, and training programs to empower sellers and enhance their online proficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team, assisting clients throughout their Alibaba.com journey, from onboarding to exceeding expectations.

What We're Looking For:

    • Proven track record of success in a results-oriented environment.
    • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in customer service or training.
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and technologies.

    • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
