Job Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite support to end-users and manage client devices in response to Incidents and Service Requests.
• SW code, design, unit-test, code-review and create technical specifications/ documentation.
• Handle complex data to understand and formulate problem statements.
• Responsible to make every interaction with a customer an opportunity to add value and deepen the relationship.
• Deliver an extraordinary technical support through costumer relationship building based and fast response.
• Develop and support Core Java based applications/components.
• Support POS integrations and deployments.
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure the support is completed to standard.
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
• Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analysis skills.
• Owner and responsible for resolving incidents and requests
• Communicate and keep affected End Users informed of progress.
• Consultant expert for final customers and Skillnet Inc. Internal teams.
• Ability to provide guidance and lead key technical architecture and business design sessions.
Experience:
• From 6 to 8 (+) years of experience
• At least 2 Years of experience as onsite co-ordinator with good communication skills, maintains and build relationships with the client.
• Willing to travel for long term to Mexico / Mexico City and Authorized to work in Mexico
• Experience working in Xstore mobile point of sale customizations, configurations.
• Operates POS peripherals, their configuration and maintenance.
• Manages build generation, deployment of build, patches and POS environment maintenance.
